Not only is our packaging colorful and charming, it's also lightweight so we can keep our shipping costs affordable for our customers!
All our package materials are either eco-friendly or reusable!
Continental US Shipping only. We will ship orders by USPS within 5 -7 business days. Please be aware that actual delivery times may vary. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery.
IMPORTANT: We can not be responsible for packages once they leave our hands. If postal service fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore, please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.
10 Day return POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If an item is received in less than satisfactory condition upon arrival, please send it back within 10 days to receive replacement at no cost or a full refund!
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Blackbriar Hollow Co.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We chose to be an etsy store over our retail store for the time being. Etsy allows us to focus on creating our products and marketing while they handle all the business aspects for us. This allows us to keep our prices low for our customers and have a variety of items to chose from.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Can I pick up the order in person?
Sadly, we do not offer in-person pick up for our items.
Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
No. All orders are shipped in Bubble Mailer envelopes which do not require a signature upon delivery.
can I GET MY PRODUCTS CUSTOMIZED?
Certain products are completely customizable!!! Please email us for further details!
Can I CHANGE or cancel my order?
Orders are able to be changed or cancelled within 48 hours days of placing the order. Custom orders are not able to be cancelled.
Will I have to pay anything for my return?
What if my package has missing or damaged items?
If your package has lost or damaged items, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at blackbriarhollow@gmail.com with the following information: name, order number, and photos of the damaged product / photos of the packaging missing the product
